Delete your IndustriFlow account
You can request deletion of your IndustriFlow account and the personal data linked to it.
You do not need to have the IndustriFlow app installed to make a request.
How to request deletion
Email us and we will handle your request:
In the email, state the email address linked to your IndustriFlow account and that you want the account deleted.
Never send passwords, verification codes or other sensitive authentication information by email.
What happens after your request?
After receiving your request, we may need to verify that you are entitled to request deletion of the account.
Once verified, the account will be removed and personal data directly linked to it will be deleted or anonymised to the extent required and possible.
IndustriFlow may need to retain limited information where there are legitimate reasons, such as security, legal obligations or necessary historical traceability.
If historical operational events must be retained, personal data will be anonymised where appropriate so earlier production history can still be understood without keeping the account.
What data may be included?
- name
- email address
- account information
- user identifiers
- organisational affiliations
- permissions
- personal device connections
- push notification tokens
- personal data linked to the user's activities
The exact handling may depend on how the organisation uses IndustriFlow and on applicable legal requirements.
